Policy on Rescheduling, Refunds, and Late Arrivals

1. Classes start on time. Please arrive 15 minutes early. If you are late or miss any portion of the class, you may lose your seat with no refund.

2. If you need to cancel or reschedule your class for any reason, we’ll be happy to work with you. Requests for cancelation or rescheduling must be submitted, in writing, a minimum of 14 days before the class start date to the email address below. Cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled start date are not eligible for refunds. 

 

Refunds are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. We look forward to seeing you soon! If you have any questions or concerns, please email us: info@BeCrashFree.com

DirtBike School (DBS)

Thank you for your interest in the DirtBike School (DBS). We're committed to providing you with the highest quality of rider education in a safe, positive environment. Please take a moment to review the following information, which will tell you what to expect, what you need to do before the course, and help you to prepare for success on the day of the course.

NOTE: A minimum of 3 students is required for us to run this course. If fewer than 3 students are registered, your class may be cancelled, and you will have the opportunity to reschedule or receive a refund.

What to Expect in the DirtBike School:

We will be out on the range and outside for our time on-site and much of the time riding. We'll be taking breaks for hydration and snacks periodically throughout the day, The following gear is the minimum required to ride at the Dirt Bike School:
 

  • Helmet – Full or 3/4

  • Eye protection - helmet visor or goggles

  • Sturdy, over-the-ankle boots (off-road/motocross boots preferred)

  • Long sleeves & long pants (off-road riding gear preferred)

  • Gloves

  • Note: We do not have “loaner” gear

    We encourage everyone to be prepared for the weather. We recommend that you bring sunscreen, rain gear, a change of clothes, and any drinks or snacks that you like. There aren't any stores or restaurants nearby, so please bring a lunch with you.

Adventurebike RiderCourse (ADV)

Thank you for your interest in the AdventureBike RiderCourse. We're committed to providing you with the highest quality of rider education in a safe, positive environment. Please take a moment to review the following information, which will tell you what to expect, what you need to do before the course, and help you to prepare for success on the day of the course.

This class is taken on your own motorcycle.

NOTE: A minimum of 3 students is required for us to run this course. If fewer than 3 students are registered, your class may be cancelled, and you will have the opportunity to reschedule or receive a refund.

What to Expect in the AdventureBike RiderCourse

We will be out on the range and outside for our time on-site and much of the time riding. We'll be taking breaks for hydration and snacks periodically throughout the day, The following gear is the minimum required to ride at the AdventureBike RiderCourse:

  • Helmet – Full or 3/4

  • Eye protection - helmet visor or goggles

  • Sturdy, over-the-ankle boots (off-road/motocross boots preferred)

  • Long sleeves & long pants (off-road riding gear preferred)

  • Gloves

  • You can bring your own ADV motorcycle, or you can rent on of our Royal Enfield Himalayan 450s.

  • Note: We do not have “loaner” gear

Circuit RiderCourse (CRC)

Thank you for your interest in the Circuit RiderCourse (CRC). We're committed to providing you with the highest quality of rider education in a safe, positive environment. Please take a moment to review the following information, which will tell you what to expect, what you need to do before the course, and help you to prepare for success on the day of the course.

What to Expect in the CircuitRider Course:

We will be out on the range and outside for our time on-site and much of the time riding. We'll be taking breaks for hydration and snacks periodically throughout the day, The following gear is the minimum required to ride at the Circuit RiderCourse:
 

 

  • Helmet – Full Face or 3/4

  • Sturdy Pants (no soft or stretch materials)

  • Eye protection - helmet visor or goggles

  • Sturdy, over-the-ankle boots (Motorcycle specific boots prefered)

  • Motorcycle specific jacket (armor is recommended)

  • Full fingered motorcycle specific gloves 

  • Note: We do not have “loaner” gear

RideSafe Atlanta

What to Expect in the RideSafe:

We will be out on the range and outside for our time on-site and much of the time riding. We'll be taking breaks for hydration and snacks periodically throughout the day, The following gear is the minimum required to ride at RideSafe:
 

  • Helmet – We provide a helmet for each student to use during the class

  • Eye protection - We provide eye protection for each student to use during class(visor or  goggles)

  • Sturdy, over-the-ankle footwear - The student must bring and wear footwear to participate in the class

  • Long sleeves & long pants - The student must bring and wear these clothing items to participate in class

  • Durable Gloves - The student must bring and wear gloves to participate in the class

RideSafe Boise

Thank you for your interest in RideSafe. We're committed to providing you child with the highest quality of rider education in a safe, positive environment. Please take a moment to review the following information, which will tell you what to expect, what you need to do before the course, and help you to prepare for success on the day of the course.

What to Expect in the RideSafe:

What to Expect & Gear Requirements

 

We will be out on the range and outside for our entire time on-site, with much of that time spent riding. We will take periodic breaks for hydration and snacks throughout the day to keep energy levels high.

The following gear is the minimum required to ride at RideSafe:

  • Helmet (Included): We provide a brand-new DOT-certified helmet for each student. This is properly fitted to your child and is theirs to keep.

  • Eye Protection (Included): We provide off-road riding goggles for each student. These are included in the package and are theirs to keep.

  • Durable Gloves (Included): We provide full-finger riding gloves for each student. These are included in the package and are theirs to keep.

  • Sturdy, Over-the-Ankle Footwear (Student Must Bring): The student must bring and wear sturdy boots to participate. Hiking boots or work boots are ideal. (Note: Canvas shoes, high-top sneakers, and slip-ons are NOT permitted).

  • Long Sleeves & Long Pants (Student Must Bring): The student must bring and wear durable long pants (jeans) and a long-sleeved shirt or jacket to participate.

We encourage everyone to be prepared for the weather. We recommend that you bring sunscreen, rain gear, a change of clothes, and any drinks or snacks that your child likes.

What to Expect in the RideSafe:

Policy on Rescheduling and Refunds

 

Because we order a motorcycle and specific safety gear for your child upon registration, our cancellation policy is strict:

  1. Cancellation Fee: All cancellations are subject to a 5% processing fee deducted from the refund amount.

  2. 14-Day Window: Requests for cancellation or rescheduling must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before the class start date.

  3. No Refunds within 14 Days: Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled class start date are not eligible for a refund, as the equipment has already been allocated to your student.
