What We Do
BCF’s journey in online education began more than a decade ago within the field of motorcycle rider education. A defining milestone came in 2018 when the company pioneered the translation of the Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) RiderCoach Training and Coach Certification programs into dynamic, online eLearning experiences. This innovation extended learning duration through distributed education, introduced rich multimodal engagement, and significantly enhanced candidate preparedness for live, on-site instruction.
Since that milestone, BCF has successfully developed online “Pre-Course” programs for six MSF curricula and four additional eLearning courses, demonstrating unmatched capability in content transformation, instructional design, and delivery at scale.
