DirtBike School Coach Certification
What does it mean to be an DirtBike School RiderCoach?

Being a DirtBike School (DBS) RiderCoach means becoming a certified instructor through the Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) to teach off-highway motorcycling skills. This role is designed for experienced off-road riders with strong communication skills and a passion for safety and skill development. To qualify, candidates must complete an intensive Coach Certification (CC) course, which includes a riding skills test, classroom teaching practice, range exercise management, and student coaching evaluations. Coaches teach the Closed Range Exercise (CRE) course, which introduces riders to fundamental off-road techniques such as posture, turning, shifting, and traversing hills. As a DBS RiderCoach, you play a crucial role in equipping new and aspiring riders with the skills and confidence to ride responsibly in off-highway environments while promoting safety and environmental awareness
