As Be Crash Free's Chief Operations Officer and a 30-year U.S. Air Force veteran, Matthew Wallace's passion for motorcycles began at eight with his father’s 1986 Honda V65 Magna. This sparked a lifelong passion, including a memorable 2,200-mile cross-country ride where he learned "the journey matters as much as the destination." He is an MSF-certified RiderCoach and Instructor Trainer, as well as a Harley-Davidson Riding Academy-certified coach.
Matthew is known for creating a "supportive and approachable" learning environment, believing in meeting riders "where they are with patience and positivity." He believes "encouragement is key" to helping students achieve success. His personal motto is, “Not all who wander are lost,” reflecting his belief that every journey has purpose and value.
